Using MEMS technology, the D8M pressure sensor accurately detects extremely small increments of pressure differential, in the range of hundredths of 1 psi, to measure slight variations in air or gas flow. Five models of the D8M offer a choice of operating pressure ranges to fit specific needs, and a choice of analog, pulse or frequency outputs. The compact D8M (30 L x 30 W x 12.4 H mm) is available in a chemically-resistant plastic PBT body, which has an IP40 enclosure rating for embedded applications. A metal-shielded version is also available.
