The CVCO55CW-1000-2000 VCO operates from 1 to 2 GHz with a control voltage range of 1~20V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity. The model is packaged in the industry standard 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package. Input voltage is 10 V, with a max current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 8.0 MHz and 2.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical.
