These microcontrollers (MCUs) are low-voltage and low-power, operational down to 0.9 V. With an integrated DC-DC converter, the device can operate over the 0.9-1.8 V ranges, thus supporting both single and dual battery operation. The converter can also supply current to external devices to create an entire solution capable of operating off of a single battery. The MCU family packs 64 kB of Flash and 4 kB of RAM into a 4 × 4 mm package, offering unprecedented functional density. All the devices within the family include an pscillator, a low-power 20 MHz oscillator, and a burst mode 10-bit ADC with a fast start-up internal voltage reference.
