Scapa 4005-800A is an extremely soft and conformable pressure sensitive polyurethane foam tape for direct skin applications including wound care, consumer dressings, and medical device attachment. It consists of thin (0.43 mm) tan polyurethane foam coated on one side with a high tack medical grade acrylic adhesive system. The product is supplied with a white kraft release liner. Scapa 4005/800A is moisture vapor permeable, allowing optimal natural healing.
