A new series of air-powered Vacuum Pencil Grinders offers precision deburring and finishing with vacuum shrouds diverting dust and debris to a central vacuum source. The central vacuum pencil grinder powers optional Carbide Burrs and Mounted Points for precision deburring, engraving, deflashing, etching, cleaning, finishing, and more. This Central Vacuum Pencil Grinder is available in 35,000, 50,000 or 60,000 RPM as well in two different collet sizes of 1/8” and 3mm. Each model includes a urethane vacuum shroud, high quality air line, and a durable vacuum hose. The high-efficiency air motor has no wearable gears, vanes, or blades, and the oil free operation minimizes maintenance time and repair costs. Weighing just 1.1 lbs, the tool is controlled by a patented governor, providing constant tool speed under load. The changing of the optional accessory is achieved with an easy, one-wrench maneuver. This new line of vacuum tools is essential for nuclear plants, military, aerospace, medical machinery, machine shops and marine industries.
