Plastic Components Machined and Drilled to SpecificationCustom engineered plastic components can be machined and drilled to specification for a wide range of applications, including insulators, standoffs, spacers, shims, and flow components.

Interstate machined plastic components can be manufactured to specification from a wide range of materials 0.0002 to 1.0 in. thick. Featuring holes from 0.01 to 0.5 in., with ±0.002 in. tolerance, and internal radii from 0.012 in., they can be fabricated from rubber and virtually all thermoplastics.

Capable of meeting or exceeding MIL-I-45208A quality specifications, Inter-state machined plastic components can be made from ABS, Acetal, acrylic, Delrin, HDPE, Kapton, Lexan, PTFE, PVC, rubber, Torlon, Ultem, Vespel, and many other materials. The firm accepts .DXF, .HPL, and .EPS files.
