Diaphragm Dosing Pumps for Liquids Deliver RepeatabilityKNF diaphragm dosing pumps for liquids (Types FEM 1.02 and FEM 1.09) deliver accuracy and repeatability over a long service life. These compact pumps integrate simple two-phase stepper motors engineered for optimized levels of controllability and cost efficiency. An optional and adaptable control module easily integrates into any system and expands control potential to suit particular application requirements.

The FEM 1.02 pump achieves flow rates from 0.2 to 20 ml/min and FEM 1.09 pump from 0.9 to 90 ml/min. Both versions are small (62 x 75 x 63 mm), cover a wide dosing range (1:100), operate oil-free with virtually no maintenance, and can serve reliably for more than 10,000 hours.

Among other features, these pumps are self-priming to 8.5 in.Hg, demonstrate consistency over time (1% repeatability), and exhibit excellent leak-tightness and chemical resistance. An innovative valve system minimizes head volume by ensuring that air cannot collect inside the pump head. Depending on pump version, head materials include polypropylene (PP) or PVDF and internal elastomeric components are manufactured from EPDM, FFPM, and PTFE. Pumps are both easy to operate and to adjust. Ports are available in UNF ¼-28 or compression fittings.

Modular pump design offers OEMs the versatility to choose from a wide variety of standard materials, voltages, frequencies, accessories, and options to satisfy application demands.
