Highly accurate inspection of tooling is
exactly the application for which the new multi-sensor coordinate measuring
machine, Werth VideoCheck V HA of Werth Messtechnik GmbH, was developed. It is
the most accurate multi-sensor coordinate measuring machine worldwide with E1 =
0.25 +L/900 traceablility to national standards. Through the integration of
state of the art multi-sensor technology, previously impossible, sophisticated
measurements will be just a mouse click away. The maximum workpiece size is
15.7 in. (800 mm) x 9.8 in. (250 mm). A large range of turnkey application,
parametric programs are available (i.e. hobs, step drills, reamers, shafts,
etc.).
