Interstate Rotary Die Cut Parts feature tolerances to ±0.005
in., depending upon material, and can be kiss cut, provided with zoned
adhesives, adhesive lamination, multiple laminations, and other custom
requirements. Supplied on rolls for machine or manual application processes, rotary
die cut parts can be manufactured from a wide range of rigid, flexible, and
foam materials.
Produced in mid to high production volumes, Interstate Rotary Die Cut Parts typically include gaskets, seals, conductors, insulators, EMI/RFI shields, filters, and membranes. Typical materials include Mylar, PTFE membranes, polyethylene, Kapton, Nomex, Poron, nonwovens, felt, foam sponge, Volara, and proprietary OEM customer supplied materials.
