Suprene thermoplastic rubber (TPR) tubing is manufactured by NewAge Industries in the U.S. in two hardnesses – Shore 64A and 80A – and in two grades: FDA and industrial. Suprene TPR tubing offers a number of advantages over other materials. The tubing is flexible and durable like rubber but typically lighter weight and more formable. It provides excellent resistance to flex fatigue and tearing and offers a wide range of temperature use (from –60°F to 275°F / –51°C to 135°C). As with many TPRs it exhibits good compression characteristics and may be used as peristaltic pump tubing.

The UMF 250 is suited for primary and secondary protection on SMD circuit boards. The halogen-free fuse conforms to RoHS and is compatible with lead-free soldering processes. The UMF 250 has VDE and cURus approvals. It is internationally recognized according to the IEC 60127-4 standard as a universal modular fuse (UMF) link for use around the world.
