Prima Power Laserdyne has announced the introduction of its new Laserdyne 430 series of systems. The new series’ precision allows parts to be rapidly machined with tight tolerances, making it perfectly suited for use when manufacturing medical, surgical, and dental device components.

This new laser system can also integrate Laserdyne’s BeamDirector motion and process control capabilities in a space efficient platform coupled with a fiber laser. The system is designed for cutting, welding and drilling of 2D and 3D component parts requiring exact precision of complex parts and system flexibility. Additionally, the 430 BeamDirector system has unique capability for drilling shaped holes and welding a wide range of materials including copper, stainless steel and titanium.
