EDISON LEDs for Medical Illumination Applications

In order to meet high standard of quality, Edison Opto established an LM80-approved and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) laboratory certified products. We also created the LDMS Service Program, to which we offer customized professional design and production services. This program will design and guide our customers from the right combination of LEDs to optical and electrical aspects in order to produce efficient products. Our product line is well suited with an array of applications, including applications in medical devices as elaborated below. We understand the growing importance of LED technology in the medical device industry. Edison Opto continues to improve our products for better integration in medical equipment such as lighting and more. Not only our LED’s compact design is suitable for small profile medical instruments but also they are also more efficient in terms of luminosity and power consumption. The same reason why more and more Machine Vision systems are now illuminated by LEDs.

Federal 3535 & 5050 UV & IR
Our UV LEDs are your best alternative in mercury-based UV lamps. They are more consistent in Edison’s Federal 3535 and 5050 Series offer a compact, surface mount design with brighter single-chip LED. They are high performance LEDs with very good luminous intensity, also available in UV and IR wavelengths. The Multi-Color LEDs (RGBW/RGBA) Design
Edison's LED lighting module is available in three-color temperatures and in various lengths up to 4 ft. This product line runs at 24V and is complemented by a series of accessories for easy installation and connectivity. Also available in Cool White, Neutral White, Warm White and RGB.
