The INTG2 recirculation pump incorporates two features that give OEM customers more flexibility and control of fluids in their system. The magnetically driven pump provides multiple supply voltage settings ranging from 9 to 27 volts as well as a speed control that gives OEMs the flexibility to change the pump’s speed in order to meet their system’s specific pressure and flow requirements. Equipped with a brushless DC motor, the magnetically driven INTG2 integrates the pump’s components into a compact, lightweight design, eliminating motor bearings and leaving the impeller assembly as the only moving part. Fewer parts promote longer life, quieter operation, lower power consumption, and mechanical integrity.
GRI's Bellows Metering Pumps utilize GRI’s proven bellows and valving technology to provide an accurate and long-lasting metering. The proprietary blended polypropylene materials of construction and a wide selection of valve and O-ring elastomers produce chemical resistant pumps capable of handling a wide range of fluids. Bellows Metering Pumps were specifically designed for metering applications requiring low discharge pressures. Bellows pumps have been successfully applied in photo, X-ray and dental film processors, silver recovery systems, scientific and analytical instruments, detergent dispensers, blood analyzing equipment, thermal therapy equipment, waste removal systems, and wastewater and water treatment systems.
Magnetic drive centrifugal pump operation is similar to a standard centrifugal pump except the motor shaft seal is removed resulting in the elimination of leaks caused by shaft seal failure. Typical OEM applications include film processors, Laser and x-ray cooling systems, medical, scientific, laboratory, solar thermal heating and cooling applications, and silver recovery equipment. Magnetic drive centrifugal pumps must be used where flooded suction conditions exist.
GRI’s new Dosing Pumps are ideal for low flow, low pressure metering applications where a fixed flow rate is required. The Dosing Pumps are constructed entirely of plastic and use GRI’s time-proven bellows technology to provide a durable and accurate chemically resistant metering pump. When pumping water in laboratory test conditions, pumps rate at +/- 1%, stroke to stroke. As with all of GRI pumps, the Dosing Pumps are highly OEM customizable. Gear pumps are designed primarily for metering and transfer applications. Their modular design allows a wide variation of flow ranges with a standard parts set. Gear pumps are self-priming and are “constant flow” pumps when RPM and differential pressure are constant. The materials of construction for bodies, gears and seals, provide a wide range of fluid compatibility.
Oscillating pumps are self-priming, corrosion resistant, have no dynamic seals and are constructed from FDA accepted materials. Typical applications include film and microfilm processors; litho and graphic arts plate processors; detergent dispensing, chemical mixing, medical, scientific and laboratory equipment. These pumps are intended for replenishing, transfer and circulating installations.
Piston diaphragm pumps are positive displacement pumps designed to economically transfer small volumes of fluid at low discharge pressures. The lightweight, compact pumps are self-priming, corrosion resistant and can handle viscous fluids. These features make the pumps ideal for high volume copy machines, scientific and laboratory instruments and other chemical dispensing applications.
