Micro-Abrasive Blaster Offers Effective Finishing

Micro-abrasive blasting is an effective process for deburring needles, selectively removing polymer and PTFE coating from catheters and guide wires, removing encapsulation material from pacemakers, and removing remelt and oxidation on laser cut stents. The blaster is equipped with the innovative technology of mixing air and abrasive to improve flow consistency. The result is tighter control over the volume of powder flowing through the machine. This gives the product the flexibility to be used in a wider range of applications and cuts processing time on traditional ones.
