"Our plan to establish a journal in French that meets the needs of medical education as well as the criteria of a high level scientific publication has led us to develop a new strategy, which we are pursuing with Springer. Springer's publishing expertise, together with an atmosphere of mutual trust, will produce a long-term partnership leading to an excellent journal," said Professor Dominique Pateron, President of the Société française de médecine d'urgence.
"The cooperation with the SFMU strengthens an already successful publishing program by adding the expert international competence of this dynamic society. We are looking forward to a fruitful partnership," said Guido Zosimo-Landolfo, CEO of Springer France, adding that "all of Springer's resources will be implemented to make this a successful and respected journal."
