Genstruct Inc., a systems biology firm located in Cambridge, has appointed oncology and systems biology leader Arnold Levine to the company’s board of directors.

Levine created the Simons Center for Systems Biology at the Institute for Advanced Study, where he is a professor. He is the former president and CEO of Rockefeller University in New York City, where he taught in the department of molecular biology. He is also a former professor in Princeton University’s department of biochemistry, as well chair and professor in the department of microbiology at the State University of New York, Stony Brook, School of Medicine.
