L&L Acquisition Corp., an acquisition firm focused on healthcare-related businesses, has priced its initial public offering, filed in July, at $40 million.

The IPO represents a unit price of $10 for an offering of 4 million units. A unit is made up of one common stock share and one warrant to buy one share at $11.50. Proceeds from the IPO will be held in a trust account, L&L noted in a press release.
