RadNet Inc. said Friday it completed the acquisition of five imaging centers in Maryland from Diagnostic Health Corp.
RadNet said the deal gives it facilities in Bowie, Chevy Chase, Frederick, Rockville and Waldorf. The centers provide scans like MRIs, CTs, ultrasound, mammograms and x-rays. RadNet expects them to add $10 million to its annual revenue.
The deal gives RadNet a total of 206 medical diagnostic imaging centers around the country.
The acquisition was announced March 7. RadNet did not disclose terms.
