Elbit Imaging Ltd. ("EI" or the "Company") (TASE, NASDAQ: EMITF) announced today, that Standard & Poor's Maalot, has decided to change the rating of all of the Company's Series A through Series G Notes and Series 1 Notes and of its subsidiary, Plaza Centers N.V.'s Series A and Series B Notes, which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, from an "ilA/Watch Negative" credit rating, to an "ilBBB+/Negative" credit rating. Both the Company and Plaza Centers N.V. were removed from Watch-list.
