This series of micro-miniature chip inductors are designed to provide extremely tight inductance tolerance with highly stable performance for applications where allowable deviation is critical. Featuring a miniaturized size of just 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.35 mm (Model PM0402T) and 1.6 x 0.8 x 0.45 mm (Model PM0603T), the components are especially suited for space-conscious applications requiring high-frequency, high-density circuitry. Photolithographic design enables precise tolerances of ۬ percent, with inductance ranges from 1.0 to 68 µH at 100 MHz. The extremely efficient device exhibits a high Q value of up to 17 at 300 MHz. Other performance characteristics include an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, a high self resonant frequency of up to 6 GHz minimum, and a DC current range of 70 to 800 mA.
