The Model K8A rotary blade wire stripper uses four high speed rotating carbide blades which open and close concentrically around the material to be stripped. The blade closing is controlled by an electrical foot switch that activates an air cylinder. The blade depth and strip length are easily adjustable, and the blades may be operated in either a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. The K8A may be used for a variety of stripping applications, depending on the blades used. The unit can end strip or window strip film insulated magnet wire from 11-28 AWG and can also be used to end strip extruded wires from 8-38 AWG.
