The ultrasonic welding machine HiQ evolution focuses on energy efficiency, user-friendliness, the upcoming New Machinery Directive, and ergonomics. The machine, in 20, 30, and 35 kHz, reduces non-product time, provides a freely programmable stroke, does not require tools for Sonotrode-stack exchange, and has an automatic start activation. Generator output is between 1,200-6,000 watts. Six modular auxiliary functions, including clamping system, pneumatic hold-down device, and shuttle table can be ordered as options.
