TMI has developed a new proprietary process control system for its flexible PVC extrusion process. This new system ensures complete dimensional uniformity and tension throughout the bulk PVC rolls produced.
The new process eliminates “racetracking” (i.e., the tendency of the material to curve slightly to one side when unwound), lay-flat issues, width and gage variations and uneven shrinkage, resulting in an entirely uniform product. TMI extrudes a wide variety of flexible PVC strip, sheet and panel ranging in gage from .030” up to .500”.
