Qosina is pleased to announce the addition of Peelable and Header styled Breathable Pouches (#91224 - 91232) to their extensive line of sterilization pouches and accessories. Formed with a 3/8 inch seal, the pouches offer puncture protection and abrasion resistance.

The Peelable Breathable Pouches (#91224 - 91227) are available in sizes ranging from 13 inch x 15 inch to 24 inch x 30 inch. The white side is made of uncoated medical-grade Tyvek and the clear side is made of PET and 2 mil LDPE. These pouches feature an easily accessible unprinted corner peel and are suitable for ETO, Gamma, and E-Beam sterilization. The Breathable Pouches with Header (#91228 – 91232) are available in sizes ranging from 10 inch x 15 inch to 19 inch x 30 inch, including the lip of the bag. Made of 4 mil LLDPE with a 1073B heat-seal coated Tyvek header, these pouches include peel instructions at the bottom of the header which indicate “Peel to Open,” and are suitable for ETO and Gamma sterilization.
Both styles provide a clean peelability that helps minimize fiber tears and particulate release. In stock and available for immediate delivery, the pouches come unprinted to allow you to add your own label. Custom options in pre-printing, size, shape, and material are available. Qosina also offers additional items for your sterilization process, including sterilization indicators, CSR wraps, autoclave bags, and self-sealing sterilization pouches.
