The Parker Smart Syringe Pump is ideal for applications including in-vitro diagnostics, hematology, molecular diagnostics and flow cytometry. The pump is one-third the size and weight of standard 30 mm syringe pumps, which facilitates a simplified and compact instrument design. The Smart Syringe Pump has non-pulsatile flow rates down to 7.5 nanoliters and an encoded servo motor that features 228,495 step resolution. The pump allows instrument designers to achieve high precision designs with much smaller sample and reagent volumes and ultra-low flow rates. The Smart Syringe Pump can be directly mounted on motion systems, which helps reduce overall instrument costs and footprint.
